Terms of use.

Ready Auto Loans is a Canadian auto loan matching service. We connect applicants with independent Canadian finance managers whose lender partners fit the applicant’s profile. We are a brokerage, not a bank, credit union, direct lender, or dealership. We do not extend credit and we do not fund loans. The finance manager and their lender partners make all lending decisions.

Ready Auto currently operates in British Columbia and Alberta only. Service in other provinces may be added over time. If you are not a resident of BC or AB, the matching service is not available to you and you should not submit an application.

To submit an application, you must:

• Be at least nineteen years of age, which is the age of majority in British Columbia. Alberta residents must also be nineteen or older to use Ready Auto, even though the Alberta age of majority is eighteen, to keep eligibility consistent across launch provinces.
• Be a Canadian resident currently residing in British Columbia or Alberta.
• Be submitting on your own behalf, or with explicit authorization from the person whose profile you are submitting.
• Provide accurate and complete information.

Submitting a false or misrepresented application, including fabricating income or employment details, may constitute fraud and may result in denial of service, legal action, or referral to law enforcement.

Ready Auto charges applicants nothing. Zero application fees. Zero brokerage fees. Zero success fees. Zero anything. If you submit an application and get matched with a finance manager who funds a loan for you, you pay the loan back to the lender under the terms you agreed to with the finance manager. You do not pay Ready Auto.

Our compensation comes from our finance manager partners when a match results in a funded loan. Our interests line up with yours: we only benefit when the match actually works for you.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a loan offer, a specific approval amount, a specific interest rate, a specific term, or any other outcome. All lending decisions rest with the finance manager and their lender partners, based on criteria they set.

Any rate range, payment estimate, or term length shown on readyautoloans.com is illustrative and is not a commitment. Actual offers depend on your full profile and the lender’s underwriting.

The Canadian finance managers in the Ready Auto network are independent businesses. They operate their own practices, set their own standards, and manage their own relationships with their lender partners. Ready Auto matches you with one of them based on fit between your profile and their network, but we do not control how that finance manager conducts their business once the match is made.

Ready Auto makes no warranty or representation about the specific service, availability, speed, or outcome of any individual finance manager. If you have a concern about how a matched finance manager handled your application, contact Ready Auto at hello@readyautoloans.com and we will investigate.

When using the Ready Auto site, you agree not to:

• Submit applications on behalf of someone else without their explicit authorization.
• Submit false, fabricated, or intentionally misleading information.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit applications or scrape site content.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, honeypots, or other anti-abuse measures.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, its security, or other users.
• Use the site for any purpose that violates Canadian law.

Ready Auto reserves the right to block, suspend, or reject any application, IP address, or device that violates these rules.

Everything on readyautoloans.com (the copy, the layout, the typography system, the logo, the photography, the site code) is owned by Ready Auto Loans or licensed to us. You may view and share links to pages on the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or build derivative works from the site’s content without written permission.

Ready Auto provides the site and the matching service on an “as is” basis. We work to keep the site running, the application pipeline functional, and the matching accurate, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready Auto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the matching service. This includes losses related to a loan you accepted, a loan you were declined for, or any business decision you made based on information from the site.

Because Ready Auto is free to borrowers, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising under these terms that cannot be resolved informally will be heard by a court of competent jurisdiction in British Columbia, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

If you start the application but do not finish, we save what you have entered so far so you can come back to it. We may email you a one-time link to a page that opens the wizard pre-filled with your saved answers. The link expires after seventy-two hours and can only be used once.

Clicking a resume link confirms that you are the person who started the application and that you continue to agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you receive a resume email and did not fill out the application, ignore the email; we will delete the saved partial after six months automatically.

If you have a concern or complaint about Ready Auto, the first step is to email us at hello@readyautoloans.com. Most issues can be resolved by a conversation. We take complaints seriously and will respond promptly.

If the complaint cannot be resolved informally, you retain every right to pursue the dispute through Canadian courts, including small claims court in your province of residence, or through a provincial consumer protection authority. Ready Auto does not require you to waive your right to court, and does not impose mandatory binding arbitration as a condition of using the service.

We may update these terms as Ready Auto grows, adds provinces, or changes how the matching service works. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify applicants by email.

Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, stop using the site.
